Triumph TR6.


This is a very early example of the TR6 and was built by the Standard-Triumph Motor Company,Canley,Coventry on the 4th of December 1968,the specification is confirmed by the Heritage Certificate.The car was ordered in Left Hand Drive form to be supplied to Los Angeles,USA.The car was ordered in Jasmine Yellow ( Pale Primrose )with a Black Hood and matching Black ( Ambla ) Interior,allthough the Interior is now trimmed in Soft High Quality Black Leather,the attention to detail includes the Trimming of the Centre consul in matching Leather.The original correct specification has been retained which includes,Disc Road Wheels fitted with Michelin Red Band 185-15 Tyres ( they look fantastic ),Overdrive Gearbox,Smiths Heater and Laminated Windscreen.The TR was imported back to Great Britain on the 26th of July 1991,over the following few years the car was professionaly converted from Left to Right Hand Drive,these works were performed by Brooke Motors,the detailed invoice is with the history file.The History file reports clearly that this car has been fitted with many new parts,including a Up-graded "Type A" Overdrive gearbox,New Crown wheel and Pinion,New Drive Shafts,Front and Rear Shockabsorbers,Stove Enamelled Road Wheels,Ball Joints,Re-built engine with new internals,New Clutch unit,Steering Rack,Brake Calipers and pages of cosmetic items,the Invoice value exceeds 10,000,the majority of these works were performed by specialists,Sports and Classic Cars of Sretchley,Worscester.The TR has a extream wow factor,owned for the past 10 years by a gentleman whom understands quality.Please ring for a detailed description.
