Vauxhall PB Cresta Saloon.
The Cresta is a very rare car today as so few survived past the 1970,s and certainly very few remain in this original condition. Finished in Forest Green with contrasting Pale Green Leather and Pine Green Carpets. The Cresta has the silky smooth 6 cylinder 2.6 engine, coupled to a 3 speed column change gearbox and is a treat to drive. In March 1996 the Cresta was purchased by Mrs Cecilia Dickinson, her intended use was to compete in the extraordinary Motor Challenge, " The Peking to Paris ". The priority entry list for the 1997 " Peking to Paris Challenge confirms this, although the entry was not taken up. Thankfully the Cresta remains in excellent condition, looking very nice indeed sporting its original Lucas Driving Lamps. The Cresta has just been given a major service and a detailed Engine Bay. Something different to take to the Classic Car shows, doubt you will see another one like this.
