Austin 3 Litre Automatic Saloon.

The Austin was 1st registered in1970, supplied new in Cheltenam with a long term ownership through to 2006, the Lady Owner keeping a wonderful journal of the cars history in the original Austin Handbook. Finished in Teal Blue with contrasting Pale Blue Interior, the car is a credit to its former keepers. Included in the sale is a Popular Classics Magazine from December 1990 where the Austin forms part of a five page article  comparing the outgoing Austin Westminster to the replacement Austin 3 Litre. There are several pictures of the Austin and a picture of the long term Retired Lady School Teacher, a lovely provenance. The Austin was then sold to a collector of quality British motor cars. We purchased the car from the collector in 2010 and sold the car to true enthusiast whom has continued to keep the car in top condition, during his time with the car the Walnut Facia and Door Cappings have been restored and look wonderful. Very well known to the Club and thought to be one of only 46 examples registered on the road.
