The MG was first registered on the 19th of December 1953 and supplied to a customer in Jersey with the registration number J 5662. The MG remained in Jersey until coming to the UK in October 1965. The MG was issued with the registration Marque PUO 75. The MG was originaly finished in Gold, a factory colour. In 2002 the MG was re-painted in Ivory ( this was also a Factory colour option know as Sequoia Cream ) with Gloss Black Wings, the appearence is superb. With a beautiful Pippin Red Leather interior Piped in Ivory and Jet Black Carpets, fabulous Wood Work, Stunning instruments the combination is lovely. Records with the MG indicate continuous gentle use from 1989 through to present day covering just 9797 miles. The MG is known to the T.Register, a letter from the club dated 7th of February 1988 confirms this. The MG has just returned from my workshop. A top end overhaul of the engine, including all new valves and gaskets, under bonnet detailing and a major service. The brakes were also overhauled with new flexi hoses also being fitted.
